back to school sales tax holiday

several states are suspending sales taxes on back to school shopping this week. here's a link with a list of states and dates:

Thanks for the link.  Ours is in two weeks. And our eldest is now a teenager with size 13 feet, so new shoes will be needed.  :)

What a concept...lower or eliminate taxes...increase sales and economic activity. Outrageous.

I'd comment on your statement there, but the opinions of a through-and-through Buckeye with regards to anything "michigan" should be obvious ;)
