At the risk of yet another of my posts starts an aggressive debate or argument, I pose this question: I've been looking online and noticed that there so many different Orthodox churches all over the world. I think I understand the reasons for all the ethnic jurisdictions in the US. If all the Orthodox churches in the world proclaim to be the true church, the one that can be traced back to the apostles, which one is the true original church Or am I just not getting it

They are all the same Church. We all have the same beliefs (not withstanding false churches that simply use the term Orthodox in their titles).
The faith can be traced to the Apostles, who began the organization worldwide, with each church taking care of its immediate needs. We're all one. In the US, we just got a mix of everyone and that's the cause of jurisdictions.

Provided they are 'in communion', of course, at the risk of starting another debate...

In Orthodoxy, the real differences between jurisdictions are mainly the music and food.
