What is annoying to an old man is musical genius to a 3 yr old.

And they are closer to God than we are.

What really is annoying is YOU and your arrogance, pushiness and you thinking that you know everything.ÂÂ  If you don't believe me . . . then maybe some of the other people you annoy on this forum will speak up.ÂÂ  But I do forgive you because I truly believe you know not what you do.

Those of us raising wee ones have a bit more toleration of the annoying stuff like that, at least to a point.  My wee babe dances to all music whether I like it or not, including that thing with the banana.

You may be older and wiser, but we are seeing life through the eyes of the young and less cynical.  Even if it means a bit of Barney (not in my house) or even worse...Teletubbies.  Give me animal planet anyday!

Second, all I did was express my opinion of something that was posted and were invited to look at it.  The last time I checked, the Patriot Act didn't take away my freedom of expression.  ÃƒÆ’‚ Angry

FYI I spent over 25 years raising my children and now spend plenty of time with my grandchildren, who think I have more than enough tolerance for annoyances from them and they're friends.ÂÂ  What I may not have is tolerance or the patience for is other adults judging my opinion on something I was invited to take a look at.ÂÂ  Angry

At least we agree on Barney . . . but the Teletubbies are great.

Not sure if annoying is the right term but it was certainly the strongest argument I have ever seen for the existence of Purgatory. (A place of temporary suffering from which one might mysteriously emerge as more perfected). It also gave me a curious urge to go out and buy a jar of Jif................

I am glad I could be of help to spur on the stopping of the sin of gossip here!
No need to thank me, but I am glad I could provoke a change in values here!
Keep up the good work! Sometimes it is hard to see the hidden blessings in those that lead us from the path of sin, (venial in RCC in this case) not sure how gossip fits into the definition of sin in Orthodoxy, but I'll guess it is.
