It seems I will be needing all the prayers I can get now. Due to finding out about a very serious marital problem I am faced with, I will be leaving my husband and taking my little girl to my mother's house in another state for a period of time until I can get something else worked out. I don't want a divorce for several reasons and hope for my daughter's sake some thing will turn around. I have been a stay at home mom since her birth, and now will be having to find some kind of a job and hopefully my mom can pitch in and watch her when she can. Until I can find other options.
I am very scared and feel like I am going to go off the deep end.
Please Pray if not for me for my little one.

I am speechless and don't want to spout the usual platitudes but I will pray.

Do you have friends where you are going. You will need support beyond your Mom. Also a church home would be good to find also.

I do not have anyone there that I know other than my half brother who is 18 yrs old, and my stepfather. Here is the bad news. They are Jehovah's Witnesses. Sad
So, they will not be very helpful on my attendace at any parish.
There is a Roman Catholic parish 5 min from their home, but I know there is no Orthodox parish close by. Sad
I will no doubt be introduced to their "JW" friends and this is scary.
My husband is an attorney. Sad
My stepfather is one too. Wink

This is quite a problem.

I will pray for you. You do seem to be in a bad situation, but things can always be worked out. Although Jehovah's witnesses like to attempt converting people, they are your family and I believe if you tell them from the get go you are not interested, they would not continue. That I speak of from experience.
