Hiii

I've always liked classical music, I have sung in choirs from time to time and I know some music from this British composer, whom I thought was Eastern Orthodox. Most of his choral compositions are dedicated to Eastern Orthodox (based on Eastern liturgical texts) as well as Traditional-Catholics in England (based on the Latin texts). He was well regarded by both groups as a modern composer who writes traditional religious music.

However, I read somewhere that John Tavener has left the Orthodox Church recently, to embrace !more Eastern! religions.

Can someone confirm this?
