I got baptized and chrismated on Holy Saturday, and I received my first communion on Pascha! It was the most amazing, most real experience of my life! During the baptism itself, I really felt myself dying and then being raised again a new creation. I am not just saying that, I mean, I really feel new! Words are just so insuffient to describe it all, but it was just AMAZING. I think amazing is my favorite word to describe all things Orthodox, lol. I'm just so thankful that God brought me to a new life with Him and that I now have the Savior inside of me! It was most definitely the most joyful day of my entire life, Pascha.

Christ is Risen! Congratulations Zebu! Just don't try going and diving into a swimming pool are anything lately. The grace at this time might have you walk on the water instead. May God grant you many years!

CONGRATULATIONS and WELCOME HOME, Zebu!!! Yes, I was overjoyed to see two of my newest friends and their two young children received into the Body of Christ this past Saturday, as well. Their 4-year-old boy was so excited to be baptized that he couldn't wait for the priest and actually tried to baptize himself. What a hyper bundle of energy he is, and so cute, too! Christos voskrese! Voistinu voskrese!

Welcome, Zebu! Your name has been on a yellow sticky in my prayer book since you raised some issues when you first posted here several months ago. How good it is to see the growth in your life! Glory to God! Christ is risen!
