Hey all,

After an indulgent, reckless, indifferent couple of months, mired in filth, I'm hoping that God, through your prayers, and the prayer of all His saints, will help me find, yet again, that road of repentance and return.  I ask for your prayers.  I hope everyone's having a blessed lent.

Lord Jesus Christ, Son of God, have mercy on me, a sinner

Lord, have mercy.
"O Cross of Christ, all-holy, thrice-blessed, and life-giving, instrument of the mystical rites of Zion, the holy Altar for the service of our Great Archpriest, the blessing - the weapon - the strength of priests, our pride, our consolation, the light in our hearts, our mind, and our steps"
Met. Meletios of Nikopolis & Preveza, from his ordination.

The Lord loves a contrite and humble heart.

An old timer is a man who's had a lot of interesting experiences -- some of them true.

Grant me the senility to forget the people I never liked anyway, the good fortune to run into the ones I do, and the eyesight to tell the difference.

Lord, have mercy.
Holy art thou, O God, sanctifier of the saints;
Holy art thou, Almighty, strengthener of warriors;
Holy art thou, Immortal, giver of holiness to the holy;
Who were crucified for us, have mercy upon us.

Lord Jesus Christ, Son of the Living God, have mercy on me, the sinner.
Lord, have mercy.
Non-liturgical lyrics are wasted space between solos.
