Please, say a prayer for Neli Iosifova (Yossifova).  On Feb. 17 around 11 pm, as she was approaching her apartment building, she was attacked and stabbed in the carotid artery; she died shortly afterwards.  She was a doctoral student studying the New Testament at the Theological School at Sophia University in Sofia, Bulgaria.  She was not robbed--her purse with her documents and money were not stolen; the police speculate that the murderer must have intended to rob her but got frightened; others suspect murder on religious grounds or the work of a mentally unstable person. 

May her memory be eternal!
