Let's remember in our prayers and light a candle for the people of the village of Guinsaugon, on the island of Leyte in the Phillipines where a mudslide has buried the village and 3000 people are missing.

The photo of the man holding the small child he had rescued reminded me of the photo of the firefighter holding the child after the OKC bombings.
