Businesses with the words "innovative" or "creative" in their names typically aren't.

Same with "Solutions" — don't expect one outside of "fire everybody," "hire temp workers" or "apply for a grant."
Blessed Nazarius practiced the ascetic life. His clothes were tattered. He wore his shoes without removing them for six years.

THE OPINIONS HERE MAY NOT REFLECT THE ACTUAL OR PERCEIVED ORTHODOX CHURCH

Take a breath, read Ecclesiastes 1:9.

I would definitely call my modular synth company "Innovative Creative Blockchain Solutions".

About once a night my upstairs neighbor taps on the floor for like 45-60 seconds, TAP TAP... TAP TAP... TAP TAP...

It's not really annoying, but what's frustrating is that I can't figure out what the heck she's doing. It sounds like a cane or something. But... why?

Funny that I was talking about having a lot of autistic friends and it's exactly the typical ones that are bugging me. My suggestion stands.

- Hair cuts would cost 5¢ for each individual hair cut (as counted by specially-trained shop servants); beard cutting would be outlawed
- Automobiles would be outlawed; God gave us horses and donkeys, not metal monstrosities
- Anyone unable to find employment would be required to work as pooper scoopers in the public highways and streets
- However, pooper scoopers would get a double ration of free bread (as long as the supply from Egypt permitted)
- No one will be allowed to wear the same perfume as the Empress, except by special permission
- Free wifi for everyone (except Latins)
- Coke would be banned
- No ID, no entry
- Haircut asmr

Asteriktos, what do you think of Nietzsche's critique of Christianity? I think his critique is dead on when its aimed at 19th century Christianity (Kierkegaard too, but in a different register), but ironically I find Nietszche's rejection of Platonism and an embrace of a "new theology", is very close to how Orthodox understand theosis.

He was ignorant about True (Orthodox) Christianity, but he might find a way to rabble about it to sound coherent if he knew something. Pretty much the same I say about Evola, who admired Nietzsche in some ways, but he at least was much more scientific in his analysis of Roman Catholicisn and Protestantism and explicitly said he wasn't aware enough of Orthodoxy (I believe he used "Russian Christianity") to talk about it.

Russian Christianity how that term has been tainted now groups like Russian Baptists and the Russian evangelical church use it as well as the Russian orthodox church.

That said, it is a likeable heresy, because we can abbreviate it to ADS, which has a pleasing acronym sound.  I have it in mind to create acronyms for all the major heresies as a way of mocking them in the manner of St. Epiphanius.  For example, the Neo-Gnosticism of prominent academics could be abbreviated to “LSD.”

I wonder if that "power of positive thought" book everyone was fanboying over last year, by some Orthodox elder, would get similar results. Hmmm...

"In 1960, Pat Robertson, the son of former U.S. Senator Absalom Willis Robertson, purchased the license for WTOV-TV, channel 27 in Portsmouth, Virginia, which had ceased operation because of poor viewership. Renamed WYAH-TV (known today as WGNT), the station began broadcasting Christian programming to the Hampton Roads area on October 1, 1961... In 1962, the station suffered financially and almost closed. To keep the station on the air, WYAH produced a special telethon edition of the show. For the telethon, Robertson set a goal of 700 members each contributing $10.00 per month, which was enough to support the station. Robertson referred to these members as the '700 Club' and the name stuck." (wiki)

And now you know.

I just prayed
66 Jesus prayers (two rounds on my 33 bead chotki)
The symbol of Faith
John 1: 1-13
Psalm 67 (according to the Septuagint)
Psalm 151
 Revelation  21: 9-21

I think I have crushed the demon of lust or at least restrained it
May God bless you all!

Christ is risen from the dead,
Trampling down death by death,
And upon those in the tombs

Sorry, I'm a lestovka man.
Happy shall he be, that shall take and dash thy little ones against the rock. Alleluia.
