I'm sure that the Christians 10 or 20 years ago had the ability to engage in such useless occupations as we are today . This thread is only good for stress relief. Otherwise we are the dead burying the dead

This thread is only good for stress relief. That may indeed be the point: It is nice to have at least 1 place on this forum where you are not expected to be serious.

I have a math final tomorrow to study for, things to write and edit, books to read, prayers to say, television programs that are DVR'd to watch, and all sorts of other stuff to do... and what did I do all night? Sat at my computer and surfed OC.net, waiting for someone to make another post. Blah! Yeah, OC.net needs to add a disclaimer: WARNING! This website may be addictive! I used to read constantly until I discovered this site. But I can say that I have definitely learned a lot from this forum. Selam

My only issue with Arabic is it seems so focused on the Qur'an.

Yes, a language and culture go together. No, this is not a reason to have an "issue" with a language.

I take evening classes... They all end May 12. Our classes end May 5th, but the Summer classes start May 17th, so I won't get much of a break! Aw, sorry to hear that! Are the summer classes once a week? I'm thinking about skipping even fall semester, just tog et my license and a job, and to start up next spring, but part time...
