Sardines are too salty - might as well eat Doritos. Sardines are an excellent source of Omega-3 fatty acids. Whereas Doritos are an excellent source of artificial colouring.

The body absorbs vitamins from food differently than from capsules. I have a class in five minutes, so I can't go looking for evidence right now, but I'll try to find a good article tonight.

Which I take as a supplement, but I still like fish meat better. You can actually chew fish. (Well, you can chew the capsules, too, but I wouldn't advise it.)

Sardines are too salty - might as well eat Doritos. Of course, if you really like salty, try eating anchovies right out of the can. One pound of salt for every ounce of fish. Blech! No amount of beer can wash away the salt taste of that.

Well, I have seen people eating Doritios in Sardinia and Sicily, sometimes with sardines too.

The MSG in Doritos gets to me these days. It never bothered me before although I wasn't paying much attention back then. Never liked sardines. I'd rather have my farm raised Tilapia from Sam's Club.

Yeah, I will admit that sardines by themselves or in mere olive oil are rather bland. You really need to have them canned in mustard or hot sauce for them to taste good.

Hot Sauce belongs on French Fries but wait, this was discussed 2,000 posts ago. Shrimp and cocktail sauce ... Yummy.

Squirrels are the other white meat! Don't tell my many cats differently. ( I am considering carpeting my attic with landmines to deter squirrels from entering. Squirrels are agents of Satan. I have proof of their destructive abilities.)

At "Dim Sum" meals in Chinese restaurants, I've seen both chicken and duck feet. Cooked and in the case of the duck wrapped around a filling.
