Personally, I prefer to plan ahead and make a trip to the candy store before getting in such dire straits...this was really bad planning on both our parts, guess we have no choice but to borrow beer -1 bottle of beer on the wall, -1 bottle of beer, Take it down, Pass it around -2 bottles of beer on the wall...... LOL...though I am inclined to the ridiculous, I think that's about as far as I'll go...

Of course... I mean, if we really planned a night of Christian camaraderie, why would we only get 59 bottles of beer to start with?

Oh boy... and, of course, bottles of schlivo, ouzo, and metaxa, for that matter! (Not that I would be enjoying a small sample of the great Grand Fine Metaxa at the moment...)

Because Math isn't ozgeorge's forte.
It's okay... next time we're enjoying good Christian camaraderie, just double or triple your estimates!

Oh, and I'd like to point out that the pointlessness of this thread has helped us to get under 100 from the magic 100k number...

Reminds me of last Pascha when the new students who organized the festivities thought that bottles were a better idea than kegs and it was BYOB within a half hour...fortunately the student body as a whole was better prepared.

This is why one needs their elders to help plan things like Barbeques, Lamb Roasts, etc. Of course, all within reason (we have a few friends of ours GiC that shouldn't be planning purchases from the candy store - it would be too much {as if that were possible}).

This would have to be the most pointless thread I've seen since I've been here, much less participated in.

And believe it or not, this was pretty much the intent of the thread... so maybe it is one of the ones that has stayed "on topic" the longest!
