Thank you for all the ideas for my signature! For now I've decided to go with a LolCat Bible Theme! After all, I am a big cat lover and I also love the Bible, so this is a good combination of them both!

Oh the hardships of being a White man. Life's full of peril and misery.
But the stranger that dwelleth with you shall be unto you as one born among you, and thou shalt love him as thyself; for ye were strangers in the land of Egypt: I am the LORD your God.

Are you suggesting People of Color cannot afford smartphones or don't know how to use them? Bigot.

It isn't Poirot. It's a picture of Poirot. Technically, it is a picture of the actor who plays Poirot.

My tooth hurts. Are there any dentists here? If so, I would like to take a picture of the inside of my mouth and post an oversized photo of it. I have been eating pretzels, so it is possible that you might see lots of food particles, but I don't really feel like paying to go to a dentist atm. If you could just kinda give me instructions on what I need to do to drill/remove it, I'd be grateful.

No. My teeth are far too yellow for that. I paid them with house paint. You can pick it up for 29.99 per gallon at Lowes. It lasts for ever and the latex version has a relatively low toxicity.

I am a dentist and can help! The first thing I need to know is: do you have a copy of the movie Cast Away available for viewing?

Maybe the worst pain I ever felt was a dentist trying to pull a tooth from the back when the numbing stuff hadn't worked. Land O Lakes that left me wanting to die all night. Don't tell Trisag though, or he won't fix his problem. (I am writing in maroon because, his actually being a maroon, he can't read this color, and will think I just accidentally forgot to add a response to your quote above).

So today a girl I'd never met before somehow found a way to work into a fifty-second interaction I had with her that she was single, and pretty much set it up so I could ask her out without any chance of being shot down. I think I'm like most guys in that I am more on the 'oblivious' side of the Oblivious<--->Mind-reader scale, so it'd be nice if more girls were this clear about their interest 8)

Wow! You must have really impressed her.

One of my cousins met a couple of girls like this. They both took him to the cleaners after a quick marriage and divorce. After two annulments, he did not attempt to get married ever again.

Not sure it matters, since per Maria, the girl flirting with him just wants to bleed him dry anyhow.

Yes; I am short. However, from a logician's view, there is no explicit connection between your statements and I, unless you make it so. You cannot with total certainty connect A to B. You'd have to add "and that boy was you" or something along those lines.

For an English major, they sure haven't covered much in class.

im·pli·ca·tion
ˌimpləˈkāSH(ə)n/
noun
1.
the conclusion that can be drawn from something, although it is not explicitly stated.
"the implication is that no one person at the bank is responsible"
synonyms:   suggestion, insinuation, innuendo, hint, intimation, imputation
"he was smarting at their implication"
All opinions expressed by myself are quite tragically my own, and not those of any other poster or wall hangings.

Someone studied logic 101 and is a bit big for his britches.
Somewhere on Athos, Antonis groans, and the skulls of the holy brethren with him!

Implication isn't ironclad proof, although it can suggest something. I also like to study law and have aspired to be a lawyer.

One of my cousins met a couple of girls like this. They both took him to the cleaners after a quick marriage and divorce. After two annulments, he did not attempt to get married ever again.

Why would those women take your cousin to the cleaners AFTER the marriage and divorce?  I understand why they would go after the marriage, since honeymoons can get pretty messy and perhaps you can't just throw everything into a standard washing machine, but why would they still launder together after the divorce?  You'd think they'd prefer to stay away from one another.
Please don't project meta-debates onto me.
