That's what I'm asking myself. Had enough time for that as I had a 14 h layover in Dusseldorf.  But to be more specific I still have most of my family/clan and many  friends in Romania so that's a main reason.

Do you feel more at home in the US than in Romania?

I've never lived anywhere else than in Finland but I often wonder whether I would feel more at home somewhere else.

I've been in other countries for some time: France and Spain mainly, and Greece to a lesser degree. But I couldn't stand it after a few weeks. There was always some sort of pull that made me want to pack my stuff and go home again. The borders of the country are, I suppose, the borders of my world. Sometimes it's difficult to understand immigrants who leave behind their family and nation in order to go some place hundreds, if not thousands of miles away. Not my cup of tea at all.

Is anyone here familiar with Bianchi bicycles? A friend gave me an old Bianchi from the 1980s and I'm trying to find out if it's worth any money. I'm having trouble identifying the exact model and year.

I had one in Romania but gave it away. About the same age as yours . Remember it was kinda light. Yeah if you restore it I imagine you'd be able to sell it for some profit. Sorry I can't be more specific . Mine was functioning .

I don't know about you, but I was in a bad place. No oc.net and no cable make Homer Justin go crazy. I was so desperate that I was even flirting with posting at some other orthodox forums. Thankfully I was able to hold off on that; I would have felt so icky and disgusted with myself if I had followed the ways of wickedness like that.

I' s'pose so. When you're 71 and recovering from a broken hip, getting up can be a problem.
Father usually has a acolyte standing nearby, he thinks I haven't figured that out yet.
Oh well, if it keeps him happy, and gets me back up, why should I complain?
