My dentist told me to book an appointment with the ortho-dont-ist. Do you think it's a sign?  ;)

Bringing the thread back to its original purpose (when it was called the Post Count thread): We're at 699,529 (for the moment, not including this post) posts - within a day or so of reaching 700,000.
"O Cross of Christ, all-holy, thrice-blessed, and life-giving, instrument of the mystical rites of Zion, the holy Altar for the service of our Great Archpriest, the blessing - the weapon - the strength of priests, our pride, our consolation, the light in our hearts, our mind, and our steps"

Considering the current posting pace, we'll be at 700k before Pascha.

Of course, since the forum continues to become more popular, the time between milestones continues to decrease (the last 3 have been hit less than a year from the previous, and this upcoming one will most certainly be the quickest milestone attained to date):

Milestone   Dates   Days since previous   Years since previous
 2          10/3/2002
 100,000    12/31/2005   1185.00   3.244353183
 200,000    1/15/2008   745.00   2.039698836
 300,000    3/19/2009   429.00   1.174537988
 400,000    1/26/2010   313.00   0.856947296
 500,000    12/1/2010   309.00   0.845995893
 600,000    8/1/2011   243.00   0.665297741
