Prayers for a troubled women
« on: December 06, 2005, 11:28:41 PM »
My secretary at work came into my office today and told me that her 34 year old daughter Karen has a severe cocaine addiction.  She has not had any contact with her daughter for three days, and every conventional therapy/treatment/intervention has been unsuccessful of releasing her from the grip of this terrible drug.

Please pray for Karen, and let her see the light and find her way out of the darkness and out of the grip of her addiction.  Thank you for your prayers.

Lord ahve mercy on the young woman, her mother, and all those caring and treating these people!

If you're living a happy life as a Christian, you're doing something wrong.

Lord, have mercy.
I don't typically presume to speak for Mor

Lord, have mercy.
Quote
"What people say when they speak on their own account is repellent and murksome, for their words do not come from the living spring of the Spirit, but are spawned from the morass of their own heart, a bog infested with the leeches, snakes and frogs of desire, delusion and dissipation; the water of their knowledge is evil-smelling, turbid and torpid, sickening to those who drink it and filling them with nausea and disgust."
