Prayers for Safe Travel
« on: November 24, 2005, 02:22:33 PM »
Hey all,

For those in the US, I hope you're having a wonderful Thanksgiving Day.  I was hoping you guys could say a little prayer for my mom's safe travel...she's coming in from Greece on Saturday.  It's been raining pretty bad over there, and we just got our first real snow here yesterday, so if you guys would take a second just to whisper a little prayer for her (Panagiota), I'd appreciate it.

Much love in Christ,
Theodore (Ted)
Lord Jesus Christ, Son of God, have mercy on me, a sinner

Lord, have mercy.
Quote
"What people say when they speak on their own account is repellent and murksome, for their words do not come from the living spring of the Spirit, but are spawned from the morass of their own heart, a bog infested with the leeches, snakes and frogs of desire, delusion and dissipation; the water of their knowledge is evil-smelling, turbid and torpid, sickening to those who drink it and filling them with nausea and disgust."
