My boyfriend confirms it's left to right- so I'm the odd one out!  The explanation is that we move from darkness (left- imagery that is often used in the Bible) to light.  And I was getting so good at it the other way round!  ÃƒÆ’‚ Grin  

Michelle, Kh. Frederica also has a lot of good essays at her website, www.frederica.com.  I think as a conservative, family-oriented woman you'll find a lot to appreciate in Orthodoxy.

Right right!  I meant that I started out learning about Orthodoxy among the Antiochians.
