Archbishops invite Episcopalians to conservative network

"The leaders of more than 32 million Anglicans told conservative Episcopalians gathered in Pittsburgh today for a conference that it was time to choose between remaining part of the 'revisionist' U.S. church or joining their biblically faithful counterparts in the worldwide Anglican Communion..."
“The greatest single cause of atheism in the world today is Christians: who acknowledge Jesus with their lips, walk out the door, and deny Him by their lifestyle. That is what an unbelieving world simply finds unbelievable.” - Brennan Manning

A coworker of mine, the wife of an Episcopal priest, has been talking about this being "in the works" for some time now.  Fort Worth's diocese was among the first to withold their dues from the national office.

Good for them.  Time to prune away the diseased branches.

There is alot happening in the Communion and in the US.  General Convention is in about 8 months.  The Archbishop of Canterbury is not giving the US any slack, but is holding to the greater Anglican Communion. I wonder what things will be in a years time......

Wait, I'm confused.  What exactly is going on with the Anglican Church?

God bless.
