For two women in the hospital
« on: September 03, 2017, 05:14:42 PM »
For two women in hospitals recently and last I heard still there. One is there for cancer, and the other for other stuff, and for their families.

Lord, have mercy.
Is any of the above Orthodox?  I have no clue, so there's that.

Lord have mercy.

St. Luke and St. Pantaleimon, pray for us.
My only weakness is, well, never mind

And you'll sleep, but they'll find you

Come back my dream into my arms, into my arms

London is drowning, and I live by the river

Lord, have mercy.
If you cannot remember everything, instead of everything, I beg you, remember this without fail, that not to share our own wealth with the poor is theft from the poor and deprivation of their means of life; we do not possess our own wealth but theirs.  If we have this attitude, we will certainly offer our money; and by nourishing Christ in poverty here and laying up great profit hereafter, we will be able to attain the good things which are to come. - St. John Chrysostom

One has passed away. Her son has been going through a lot and is seeking new employment. Please pray for him.
The other is out of the hospital and may have surgery later this year.
Both know the Lord in at least some denomination.
Another, long time family friend of inlaws has been having strokes and is in a care facility now.
Behold, now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day of salvation. (2 Cor 2:6)

Quote
The breath of Thine Holy Spirit inspires artists, poets and scientists. The power of Thy supreme knowledge makes them prophets and interpreters of Thy laws, who reveal the depths of Thy creative wisdom. Their works speak unwittingly of Thee. How great art Thou in Thy creation! How great art Thou in man!
