How do most Orthodox regard prophesy?
Well, doesn't scripture contain prophesy?
Is there prophesy in the Orthodox Church?
Most certainly. We have the prophesies of the Prophets, the Apostles and Christ.
Some Saints also had/have the gift of "clairvoyance".
Is there other Orthodox prophesy that suggests that we are entering a period of severe testing and, perhaps the Last Judgement?
Yes, we have a great Saint who was much beloved by Christ who prophesied that:"Little children, it is the last days: and as ye have heard that antichrist shall come, even now are there many antichrists; whereby we know that it is the last days." (1 John 2:18)
You don't get much more of an Orthodox source than that.
