Augustin, is it true that Romanian peasants believe Eastern Catholics become vampires when they die?
I've never heard such  a thing. But that might have appeared in some polemic
in the 18th or 19th century.
She hears, upon that water without sound,
A voice that cries, “The tomb in Palestine
Is not the porch of spirits lingering.
It is the grave of Jesus, where he lay.”
We live in an old chaos of the sun,
Or old dependency of day and night,
Or island solitude, unsponsored, free,
Of that wide water, inescapable.

I told to my priest before months that I want to become a vampire and to pray over me to become one, but he say there is no such prayer.
Then I ask how to become a vampire then he say firstly that he push them with the cross. Secondly that I can't become one because he don't believe in them and then that I can become energy vampire.
He was right, because there aren''t vampires. Everybody knows that.
More likely that your friend is a werewolf in denial.

No matter you want to become werewolf, they don't exist. But you can still become vampire.

No, only a prime candidate for a range of infections.

vampires don't don't exist, they were all killed.
There are at least two very nice werewolf families in Vermont, however.

But the story tell us that they are immortal. The immortals can't be killed just like saints and angels.

The stories tell us all sorts of ways to kill vampires, and Hollywood makes pretty pictures of them.

Oh that looks exquisite.

Recently I dined at the restaurant at the Stratosphere Tower in Vegas, and had a spectacular Steak Tartare with Beef Carpaccio, along with Foie Gras, smoked salmon on toasted brioche slices, and braised pork belly.  Four appetizers, as I was disinterested in shelling out $60 for a boring steak when I could go downtown and get a superb prime rib for $20, tax, drink, soup and tip included.

Also I love sushi.

I always order my steaks rare.

I've never had a problem from this; the only two timed I had food poisoning: in Ghana, from a very heavily cooked dish of Fufu.  Or perhaps from the side of diced pineapples.  Also, from a bottle of milk contaminated, according to a laboratory test, with e.coli, probably intentionally, purchased, perhaps not coincidentally, on the eve of the infamous Supermarket Strike of 2003-2004.

That said, if a pregnant woman or someone recuperating, or somone otherwise prone to infection, opted for well done meat, I would consider that prudent.
