taking a course/neck.
« on: November 13, 2016, 02:57:58 AM »
I'm taking a course to a career goal that would help my career advance, but it wasn't going well, and I've got the next test after the final drop period. (Hubby was going through stuff just before the midterm, it's a hard class, and the teacher is hard). I'm feeling a bit discouraged, and need to juggle things. The withdrawal period for a W is tomorrow, and I'd like to not waste the term if I can avoid it, but I need to know how to juggle. I have a study session tomorrow. I really want to get this chapter and the first one that I missed the class for down really well. I guess I am looking for insight and direction, and the ability to take care of myself while taking care of other stuff and how to prioritize and stick with those priorities.

Also looking into different treatment neck/upper back stuff.

Thank you,

I found that a standard memory foam pillow (no contour) relieved much of my neck/arm pain. May not help you, but perhaps side/back sleepers suffering neck pain may read your post. Best $10 I have spent at a box store.
Grant me to see my own errors and not to judge my brother
