What happened to the search function?
« on: August 21, 2016, 03:38:34 PM »
I was just curious about this since the "Search" option has disappeared from the links near the top of the page. Although the search box is still at the top right of the page, it doesn't work. It simply leads to an error message saying "You are not allowed to search posts on this forum."

I'm not trying to make the mods bring back the function, I'm simply wondering what happened to it.
This is something cute and innocent.

It works fine for me. I wonder if it has something to do with your moderated status. ISTR that other moderated members have noticed limits in functionality though I don't recall exactly what.

Top right corner there is an arrow next to "simple machines forum".  Click on that arrow

Edit: never mind; I misread your post

Vain existence can never exist, for "unless the LORD builds the house, the builders labor in vain." (Psalm 127)

If the faith is unchanged and rock solid, then the gates of Hades never prevailed in the end.

I just wanted to say that I figured out the problem, and it should resolve eventually. :)
