Anglais?

Quote
Grant long life, Lord God, to the eminent Metropolitan of Prousa, lord Elpidophoros, our father and master.  O Lord, through the Theotokos and all your saints, protect, guard, and keep him for many years.

More or less.
Mor Ephrem is a nice guy.  Just say sorry and it will all be ok. Say I had things that were inside troubling me but I didn't know how to express appropriately. I will not behave that way again but I am seeking help.

However, given the way Turkey is getting, I wonder if there will actually be a successor at all to Patriarch Bartholomew for a while?

There's little reason for Turkey (even according to Erdogan's internal logic) to end the institution of the patriarchate. But certainly, the next patriarch will be the one perceived by the Turks as having the fewest ties to Gülen and the US government. I don't know enough inside baseball to know if that's Elpidophoros or Emmanuel, though I have my guess.
