Have already posted messages with images two ways, either using the Image Shack on the website and also using the URL from yahoo photos but tonight have just had bad luck with an image and ended up downsizing it and attaching.  Simple question:  after image is uploaded to the Image shack and the list of URLs, incl 2 for forums shows, exactly what do you do with these URLS i.e. where do they get pasted on the message board.  Maybe just a bad night but spent 2 hours on this tonight.
