English translations of ancient liturgical manuscripts
« on: March 05, 2016, 10:50:26 AM »
The Euchologion of St. Serapion of Thmuis aside, most of the English translations I have of more ancient liturgical manuscripts are excerpts or fragments quoted in other works, like the Oxford History of Christian Worship.

I am looking for English language collections of material of this sort.  I found this:

http://www.doaks.org/resources/publications/doaks-online-publications/byzantine-monastic-foundation-documents

And there is some promising material on the Syriac rite from Gorgias Press.   Doubtless I will obtain some of this material once my father's estate is settled.

In the interim, however, I am looking for public domain PDFs of this sort, or material that is inexensive.

In particular, I am interested in an English translation of the Euchologion in Barberini Codex Gr 336.

Any resources would be appreciated.
Axios and many years to you, Fr. Trenham!
