Prayer for my Former Student
« on: November 09, 2015, 11:52:13 PM »
Hello all,

Please say a prayer for one of my former high school students, Andrew. I just received word that he passed away tonight from a possible overdose. He was among the first students I taught upon graduating in 2012 - he was a popular, outgoing kid whose sense of humor truly brightened every class I had the privilege of having him in - his passing at such a young age is a shock to me, and I cannot imagine how his classmates are feeling. Please remember also his family and friends who are grieving in your prayers. Thank you.

May he rest in peace.

Lord have mercy on his family and friends.

Lord have mercy on the soul of Andrew, and comfort those left behind
It's common knowledge that you secretly want to be born in early 17th century Russia.  As a serf or a royal, I know not.  Chances are serf.

Lord have mercy on Andrew.  May your grace be sufficient for those he has left behind.

Lord, have mercy!  Oh the Heavenly King and Comforter of all souls, repose Andrew and heal the souls of his family.
Vain existence can never exist, for "unless the LORD builds the house, the builders labor in vain." (Psalm 127)

If the faith is unchanged and rock solid, then the gates of Hades never prevailed in the end.

Lord have mercy and comfort his family.
This is something cute and innocent.

Memory eternal. Lord, have mercy.
Psalm 37:23 The Lord guides a man safely in the way he should go.

Prov. 3: 5-6 Trust in the Lord with all your heart, lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will direct your paths.
