Do you ever wonder who "The Greatest I am" is?
« on: March 23, 2015, 01:49:26 PM »
Is he everywhere? Is he nowhere? What shape is he? Or is it a she?

Is "The Greatest I Am" real? An idea? A feeling?

Does he transcend all categories?

He certainly transcends proper argument.

Evil voices in your head tend to be French.

Besides, France is where sinful Dutchmen get to go after they die, whereas sinners of other nations are given at least some mercy and are sent to hell instead.

It's common knowledge that you secretly want to be born in early 17th century Russia.  As a serf or a royal, I know not.  Chances are serf.

I think he's more than a feeling.
Christ my God, set my heart on fire with love in You, that in its flame I may love You with all my heart, with all my mind, and with all my soul and with all my strength, and my neighbor as myself, so that by keeping Your commandments I may glorify You the Giver of every good and perfect gift. Amen.

Hey, someone took the time to create a thread whose purpose is to mock another.

And looks who shows up to pile on, members of the handwringing team here who feel such injury by merely telling them about themselves in their own words.

Is Christ Risen yet? Is that when everyone acts like they care for a week or so around here?

Thank you.

Since you are jealous of the attention I've been giving porter in attempt to rehabilitate him, I'll give you some, although in the past it usually resulted in your inability to refrain from calling me profanities and thus getting modded.

So other than myself, what thread have I ever created in the public forums to mock another oc.net by name?

Please post the thread or apologize. I understand you are upset at my observation regarding the over 30 single religious woman in America, but that doesn't allow you to lie about me.

I thought that snake was from the Disney version of Robin Hood. You know, Sir Hiss. His eyes look like that when he's trying to hypnotise Prince John.

Really? Interesting connection.

It's the same snake.  Robin Hood largely reused "characters" (actor/drawing/style) from The Jungle Book.  For example, Little John is virtually identical to Baloo.  This was Disney in the 1970s...after the death of Walt they stopped coming up with really new material and were run by the bean counters.  Which is why for example the Magic Kingdom at Walt Disney World is Disneyland but with better crowd control, to avoid the crushes that occur at DL whenever attendance exceeds 100,000.
Axios and many years to you, Fr. Trenham!

Vain existence can never exist, for "unless the LORD builds the house, the builders labor in vain." (Psalm 127)

If the faith is unchanged and rock solid, then the gates of Hades never prevailed in the end.
