Where I work is probably like many other places a blue cube Dilbertian landscape and a healthy affection for Steven Covey. Myself, I have read Seven Habits of Highly Effective People and thought to myself..."Oh it's just another organization guru of the month and someone else will come along that will be bigger and more effective that Covey". Until some of my co workers really began frothing at the mouth in near relgious fervour over Covey. Thus, causing me to be skeptical of his book and teachings. So I started doing some digging on the net. I have found a couple of things... but I"m not sure of thier validity.
