I'm with t-mobile, and honest as long as I don't travel I'm fine. that said, I like to unlock my phone, so when I know I dont get service, I can pop in a prepaid ATT(or international, depending where I am) SIM and still get coverage.

I used to have Tmobile a long time ago. Now we have verizon and the prices are similar. We get our phones through Verizon's Amazon store so its pretty cheap. $30 for a galaxy s4. The service is up there but its reliable and quick. I give Verizon an 8.5 or 9 out of 10.

Reasons why I'll never get Verizon

Price, and I refuse to use or support a CDMA carrier.

Verizon but I'm switching to AT&T as soon as I can - it's a LOT cheaper.

Page Plus is super-cheap. It uses the Verizon network, and we've never had any trouble.

Verizon Wireless and proud of it.

Best provider ever, hands down.

I used to have T-Mobile and it was horrible. The coverage was bad as you never got a signal anywhere, and the prices are up there too. For roughly the same price, maybe a little more, you can get Verizon which includes coverage virtually everywhere and anywhere, along with a cool iPhone 5 :)

Oh well, I'm not that obsessed with my phone.

I certainly am. The iPhone is the coolest invention of the 21st century so far. It's a long way from that Nintendo 64 I played with when I was a kid.

EE. That's the result of the merger between Orange and T-Mobile. I only keep it because it's the cheapest international calls plan in the market, by a landslide. The only things I use my phone for these days are calling my mum in Greece when we're away from home and our (internationally free) landline, and making the occasional micropayment.

:-* My provider is the supermarket chain, Tesco's. They are very cheap and my use is very minimal and confined to either calls or text messages. Tried a smartphone for one week and hated it!

Virgin Mobile

Reception is usually fine everywhere I have traveled. It is lousy to nonexistent at home. I am on a $20/90 days - 10 cents per min plan. I hate talking on the phone and this allows me to keep conversations short and to the point.
If you cannot remember everything, instead of everything, I beg you, remember this without fail, that not to share our own wealth with the poor is theft from the poor and deprivation of their means of life; we do not possess our own wealth but theirs.  If we have this attitude, we will certainly offer our money; and by nourishing Christ in poverty here and laying up great profit hereafter, we will be able to attain the good things which are to come. - St. John Chrysostom

Verizon. It works.
I would be happy to agree with you, but then both of us would be wrong.

My cousin had AT&T for a while only to get the iPhone (back when it was only for AT&T).  When it was open to Verizon, he switched back, and never complained since.

Blessed Nazarius practiced the ascetic life. His clothes were tattered. He wore his shoes without removing them for six years.

Verizon.

I travel a LOT - and being on Verizon has allowed me to work where ever I am.  No dropped calls.  I have a hot spot where ever I need one.  It is VERY dependable.

My husband's employer pays for his phone - so it cuts the cost.

It is expensive comparatively.

Customer service via phone has been outstanding.

After some exhausting back-and-forth, I finally assumed responsibility of my own line. Verizon.
