It should have philosophy, praying with saints, and about ethics. It need not have very much Christology. Further, I would very much like to see that the book had A LOT of small and more or less precise topics, but also some general explanations. I would prefer that the book was not antiquated. As it will be the only book I'll buy about Orthodoxy for a while, there should be a lot to read and reflect over. There should be some daring thoughts in it, not 100% accepted. I won't object to reading a lot of "boring" details.

Slotte,
As a convert to Coptic Orthodoxy, I would personally suggest Pope Shendouda's books.  They are a very basic introduction to Orthodoxy in general.

Umm, when I converted I also read a book titled, "Introduction of the Coptic Orthodox Church."  It's a blue book, and helps explain history, as well as many misconceptions of Oriental Orthodoxy.
Just my thoughts (from a completly thoughtless person Huh)

With all respect brother, this is really asking to much of one book, if you are looking for a concise answer.  If you want a basic overview, I'd say "Introduction to the Coptic Orthodox Church" written by Abouna Tadros Malaty, which you can find under "Church History."
Hope it bears fruit.

Hmm, OK, I'll order several books. I wont be satisfied with just a basic overview, I also want to read in depth thoughts and facts. So, I'm going to combine several books to get what I'm interested in

I'm ordering the book Moral Issues Facing Coptic Orthodox Church, by Fr. Markos Hanna, ASIN: B0006R0NJK. And later I will order some distance study from Coptictheology.com
