I've never had much of a problem with junk mail, but over the last couple days my hotmail account has gone insane (normally I get about 3 emails a day, today I had like 57). The thing that really confuses me is that it isn't even my mail, according to the "To" address. For instance, one email is from register@gmail.com, and is supposedly sent to an email addy not even close to my own.The subject says "mailing error" and the body reads: "This is an automatically generated E-Mail Delivery Status Notification. Mail-Header, Mail-Body and Error Description are attached". Not that I'm going to open the attachment! Smiley Any idea how to fix this short of getting a new email addy?

No way to fix it and stop them from coming, mate.  Might want to cx the post that anastasios made earlier in the Board News.

You could try downloading Thunderbird and using that, it has decent spam protection...or try getting a gmail account. And forwarding all emails to the gmail. It does a good spam filtering job as well.
