When I come on site, my username and icon appear, along with a greeting - "Hey, Anastasia33..."
etc. I get the same quite a bit in the world where I live and work as an offense - this word  (hey) cannot
be removed? I would appreciate it. Then I do not connect what I read here with something else.

Dear Anastasia,

I'm sorry but to change that just for you (this is the first time we have had this request) would require a level of customization of the code that would simply not be possible nor fair to ask of our coder, Robert.  I'm sorry that you feel that term is offensive but at the same time it is a pretty standard way that many of us greet one another, such as "hey! how are you?!"

Anastasios

There is a simple way to do what anastasia requests: change the caption to "Hey (clarification: "hey" is not valid for anastasia33) , <username>, you have ....".

If she is insulted by "Hey" do what she needs.

Anastasia,

Why exactly are you insulted by "Hey?" I don't know where you're from, but I have trouble understanding why a greeting would be offensive to you.
