Lord, have mercy.
Happy shall he be, that shall take and dash thy little ones against the rock. Alleluia.

Lord have mercy!  And I hope you're not trying to do things without some guidance.
Love is not blind; that is the last thing that it is. Love is bound; and the more it is bound the less it is blind.

Lord have mercy.

Try praying and/or chanting the Canon to the Most Holy Theotokos.
Our Lady is always quick to hear.
The memory of God should be treasured in our hearts like the precious pearl mentioned in the Holy Gospel. Our life's goal should be to nurture and contemplate God always within, and never let it depart, for this steadfastness will drive demons away from us. - Paraphrased from St. Philotheus of Sinai

Read the scriptures.  In your distress of your bad habit, cry unto the Lord!

Lord, have mercy.
Psalm 37:23 The Lord guides a man safely in the way he should go.

Prov. 3: 5-6 Trust in the Lord with all your heart, lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will direct your paths.
