Their website appears to still exist: http://saintspeterandpaul.wordpress.com/about-us/

But, on the Antiochian site, they are listed as Eastern Rite: http://www.antiochian.org/parishes/info/75978

Not sure which one is true.

Doesn't look like it has been updated at least since Pat. Ignatius IV was alive.

I was in the area this time last year, and the church appeared to still be active from the outside, but I wasn't there for a Saturday/Sunday and can't testify if my perception was correct.

I will note, however, that you could see where the words "Western Rite" had been painted over on their sign.

The parish priest was suspended in August 2013. (Source). Don't know what that means for the mission at large.

What does a suspended parish priest do? Go to a monastery?

McDonald's is a more likely option.

What causes someone to get suspended?  Teaching heretical things? Messing up the DL? How big of a deal is that?  If you get suspended, is it just temporary or is it another way of saying your fired?

There are many reasons. Suspension is serious business. Serious allegations of criminal or moral misconduct probably top the list. Heresy is rare. Being a lousy priest probably gets you a lecture, corrective efforts and possible demotion to.a smaller parish or part time status.  A good bishop will work with his priests. Suspension can be for a fixed period of time or permanent. Serious offenses should be handled by the particular diocesan judicial panel per the diocesan or jurisdictional by laws.

Is permanent suspension different than being defrocked?

The ultimate sanction while remaining in the Church is for a priest to be restored to lay status. (aka "defrocking" ) Permanent suspension is something you'd have to ask your bishop about. Indefinite suspension would imply the potential for restoration to active ministry. Of course some offences might require excommunication (espousing and acting upon heresy comes to.mind.)
