It's written that "the last will be first" and "the least will be greatest," and that Christians should take on an attitude along the lines of: "We are unprofitable servants: we have done that which was our duty to do." So when you think about it I'm just trying to help you be the best Mor you can be.

Can you recommend a program of ab exercises for amateurs next time??

Generally for men of your age and body type surgical enhancements are recommended:

Let me be clear though: having visible abs greatly conflicts with all attempts to be "least" among men. I strongly recommend you stick to the traditional exercises: prostrations, bows, and fasting.
