The Theosis of Moses

It would seem, that the Old Testament's Prophet Moses was spiritually changed through daily spiritual communion.

What are some other examples that we should follow? ...

Could you clarify if you mean daily spiritual communion like Moses had on the mountain, or would something less grand and unique also work? For example we know that St. Peter had daily spiritual communion with God through prayer, fasting, humility, etc.
