I totally splurged and bought a copy of
A Guide to Greek Traditions and Customs in America (second edition) by Maria Rouvelas. Fab book, explained a lot to me, and this edition has added (lemme look here) a section on "The Global Community...greek americans in the wider text of the Orthodox faith and the Greek Diaspora" So far a very interesting read, i recommend it. website here:
