Lent Theme Selected
« on: March 12, 2014, 11:03:58 AM »
Friends,

I have finally updated the forum theme to the Lent Theme.

Every year, there are people who complain about the way the Lent theme affects their eyes. You have the option to revert back to the original theme, which is the "Pascha 2010" theme, by going to your profile, and selected Look and Layout Settings there.

In Christ,
Anastasios

Past posts reflect stages of my life before my baptism and may not be accurate expositions of Orthodox teaching. Also, I served as an Orthodox priest from 2008-2013, before resigning.

I like it. Tell those homophobes just to be comfortable with pink and purple.

Seriously:

Are the trio in pink vestments displaying their Latare Sunday vestments during Mid-Lent?

p.s. Thanks for reverting to the Great Lenten theme. I like it.

The memory of God should be treasured in our hearts like the precious pearl mentioned in the Holy Gospel. Our life's goal should be to nurture and contemplate God always within, and never let it depart, for this steadfastness will drive demons away from us. - Paraphrased from St. Philotheus of Sinai

Seriously I am not afraid to wear a pink shirt. After all:

The roots of education are bitter, but the fruit is sweet.
