IMO people should respect privacy of each individual and not to disclose any personal information such as name and time of death on internet.

Good argument, but a few years (and in the one case a decade) too late.  The above information has been readily available on the forum since both individuals passed.  In the case of Mary, I didn't post her last name (which I know).  We're striking a balance, I hope, between privacy and the need for the community to pray for its departed members.  If someone's family doesn't want their info on here, it would be "easy enough" to delete it.  Mary's own husband posted on her passing, so I don't think it's an issue; John's passing has been memorialized for 10 years now, and I doubt that will change (or that it is unappreciated).

Eternal memory and glory to all the virtues you gave her. Lord! We thank thee, kind God, for taking her young and innocent as she seems to have been to your kingdom!

Really I looked through her past posts before she passed away and she just seemed like a very good, honest Christian. So much better than the rest of us here. Just seemed to have a child like faith. We pray she is with the angels now!

I cried when I saw it.  Don't feel bad about posting it Liza.  Maybe she is speaking to us.
I would be happy to agree with you, but then both of us would be wrong.

I did not cry but I felt attracted to it or by it I dare say if I may. Like, not to sound too out there, like she was speaking to me--praying for me maybe or wanting me to pray for her. I felt the same feeling at the grave of a young 16 year old girl I found in the local cemetery--has her picture on it and a poem written by her in her last days. Christ is risen! Memory eternal!
