Needing your prayers
« on: March 14, 2005, 07:57:38 AM »
I request the urgent prayers of you all, for I have foolishly lead myself down a very dangerous path and reached a point in my life where i feel like I have swords pointing at my throat from all directions such that it seems absolutely impossible to get out. Many aspects of my life are under enormous threat as the result of my stupidity, ignorance, and carelessness, and i fear first and foremost for my spiritual condition. Please remember me.

Just remember, when you feel like you are sinking in a vast ocean and there is no way out, Jesus's arm reaches in and grabs you back unto the shore.

God have mercy.

Please, Our Lord, Our God and Our Saviour, Jesus Christ watch over and guide your child through his thoughts, actions and words. Make your presences known to him at all times so that in every and any decision he makes he is doing your will. Forgive him and everyone else for our sins and help us to turn away from them and make the right decisions. Please oh Lord, guide us, protect us, forgive us and Have Mercy on us.

God Bless,
Elizabeth

You people aren't praying hard enough....

I guess this means nothing good turned out yet. Don't lose faith, events might get a twist for the better very soon. As a priest said, when we ask God something, he replies:
a)Yes.
b)No.
c)Yes, wait.

You have my prayers. Kyrie eleison!

If this is the true faith, I'll stick with the one I have.  Little kids playing with breasts like animals don't turn me on.

Dear ahmed-deedat !

I have longed for discution with a true muslim though I can not find any one.

Please tell me how you can think that you are the true religion , I have investigate islam and found that it can impossible be sent by god.

I belive very much that Muhamed got the Koran from an angel that at least one time have been under our holly god. But it is impossible that you are god's religion .

I can tell you way. I am not going into miraclules thing because God has to be fear and he gives miracules to all the people.

To make it easy I restircht my self to the Koran.

1. Islam says that all muslims go to heaven, it also says that good christian and Jews goes to heaven. Can it really be like that ? Don't you have to give something to go to heaven.
And why risk it , if you are a good Christian you still go to heaven, don't tell me the diffrence though then you are a liar.

2. Islam says that the people belonging to the religions of the book are aloud to live in a muslim contry , as long as they pay an extra tax.
Since when does God give economic privelages to ones that follow him, This indirictly mean that if some one is gready he will convert to islam for the money. In our religouns the contry are not aloud to distinquish the tax according to diffrent religous, Though we don't belive in the money's god but our god want you to become christian only because of that you belive in him, not for economic previlages.

3. If an muslim live Islam he have to be killed, Since when does God force people to follow him.

The list can be very long .

Please don't missjudge me ! I actually respect Islam alot, I admire you for beeing better Christians that many of us are, you maybe don't now it that the must muslim traditoins are old Byzzantine tradition , u just made law out of our traditions. And even in Islam you indiractly respect us the Byzantines alot , you said that God helped the most slisky and bad people in the world to conqure the most advanced people(Byzantine Greek Empire from Iraq to Spain), And actually that's how much the arabs have conqurred , it is almos all the old Byzantine empire.

I'm actually relly sorry for the bad state of orthoxy so that you can see our greatingness , and I can understand the muslims that talks bad about Christians, though what picture does we give u. I will give you one exampel . In islam it says that it is up to the women to choose if see want's to bear the veil, but if she does she must have it all her life, In orthodoxy all women has to bear veil. If you are happy you will some women haveing it in church.
The true is that they most orthodox are not orthodox, they only call their self orthodox, what I say maybe seem funny to you , but that's they way it is.
I have converted to true orthodoxy a while ago , and I exactly understand you. It is impossible to think that the ones calling their self diffrent status name can be orthodox , and the are not.
But u don't solv the problem to convert to Islam though Islam is wrong alredy from the three points I told you above.

Glory To the Father and to the Son and to the Holy Spirit Amen......

O Heavenly King, The Comforter, the Spirit of Truth, Who art everywhere and fillest all things, Treasury of Blessings and Giver of Life, Come and abide in us, and cleanse us from every impurity, and save our souls, O Good One.

Reader: Holy God, Holy Mighty, Holy Immortal have mercy on us. Holy God, Holy Mighty, Holy Immortal have mercy on us. Holy God, Holy Mighty, Holy Immortal have mercy on us.

Glory to the Father and to the Son and to the Holy Spirit, both now and ever, and unto the ages of ages. Amen.

O Most Holy Trinity, have mercy on us. Lord, cleanse us from our sins, Master, pardon our transgressions, Holy One, visit and heal our infirmities for Thy Name's sake.

Lord have mercy. Lord have mercy. Lord have mercy.

Glory to the Father and to the Son and to the Holy Spirit, both now and ever, and unto the ages of ages. Amen.

Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be Thy name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us, and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one.

Warning to a Younger Brother..................

To the Elder Brother, the Twentieth Century:
You have brought mass destruction,
You have brought universal destruction in potential,
You have mutilated the limbs of millions in your wars,
You have aborted hundreds of millions of young lives,
You have crushed the poor of the Earth.
You have broken the children,
You have destroyed the beauty of their childhoods,
You have made sterile the lands and the men and the women,
You have poisoned the minds of the weak,
You have made them think that there is no God.
You have done the will of the Father of lies,
But the Just Judge is coming to judge you.

All the wrongs shall be righted,
All the wars and cruelties shall be ended,
All the hatreds and tyrannies shall finish,
All the thirst for power and riches shall come to naught,
All the young men sent to suffer and die,
All the young women wronged,
All the fathers and mothers whose children died,
All the lives blighted,
All the childhoods broken and hearts of children crushed,
All the waters, the airs, the lands and the forests sullied,
All the innocent suffering of the Earth,
Whose hearts bleed and cry for the Justice of the Judge,
They shall be heard.
