I am no more tempted searching google images for Maria Menounos than I am sitting on the beach while on vacation or walking down the street during the summer. Just seeing a woman in a bathing suit, short shorts or in an evening gown doesn't necessarily force your libido into overdrive.

Some men have their libido fried by drugs. The rat poison fluoride does a number on the brain.
LOL, sometimes, I can't tell if you are serious or if you are just poking fun at yourself.

High blood pressure, spinal stenosis and diabetes also kill libido.  Viagra and medications like it increase blood flow.

Is there a correlation between viagra use and heart attacks after sex?

:D  Well, despite what anyone else may say, I like having you around here. It is always nice to see people who don't take themselves so seriously.  Especially on the internet.  Your kind is too few and far between.  :)

Thank you. My father was known for his wit.

Once while giving a scientific presentation, he noted that people were giving him that glassy eye look as if they were trying to stay awake but really wanted to snooze. It was a hot day and the air conditioning units were not working very well. So, he said that he needed a French curve to help complete one of his graphs. He asked the audience if anyone had one that he could use. No one bulged. So, he drew out a French curve from his brief case and put it on the power point screen. It was the shape of a nude woman in bright pink. All the participants suddenly were wide awake. He cracked a few more jokes during that lecture, and no one missed any of them.

I knew a woman who worked as a mod-admin for the college library where they had multiple computer stations for students to use. Every day, she would lock one or two of the computers because some boy was accessing hard porn sites.

That's no surprise. The trouble is, Yesh is a married man with children, long past his teens. :P :P

The ladies that have worn Ms. Tennessee crown.  I actually met 1993 when I was a kid and she gave me an autographed picture.  I was in love with her.  I look back and I'm glad I lost that picture.  So difficult temptations...too much neck flesh...and those poofy sleeves just make me fall.  But 1952 is practically showing everything.

Anyone who uses the internet sees far worse pictures than that. Yahoo.com currently has more revealing pics of Hayden Panettiere, J-Lo, Maria Sharapova, a couple of ads, and that is just me glancing quickly through the main articles. Harassing women because you can see their neck or a bit of skin on their back is ridiculous.

Harassing women? With the roll-eye smilie, I was showing that it was a sarcastic statement.

When searching for said pictures, are not you exposing yourself to temptations?

We are to avoid temptations, are we not?

Not to mention exposing your computer to all manner of viruses.

You'd better up that anti-virus if you plan on visiting any of those sites.

I love the 1952 dress.

I'd have loved it much more if it had a halterneck top. Thin straps are so hard to work into a good neckline.

I just know, I don't want to see through YiM's eyes.

I'm with you.

Okay, here are some pictures of the Theophany complete with fat biki clad women and good looking ones too. It is not X-rated, but close to it, so beware. And all this happens with clergy present? Those polar bears!

p.s. I would certainly not participate in jumping into that ice hole, especially with a biki.

That, X-rated. LOL. Maria, dont ever change.

I think this blog post has a tangental connection to the topic at hand. The author proposes that the issue with pornography is in part about men and boredom. If we take this concept into the discussion, it would seem that Yesh is bored often if back flesh under buttons is causing him to stumble.

I still want to know how close you are to a woman's shirt to see the miniscule amount of flesh showing through a buttonhole.

Remove the plank of lust from your own eye and you will be able to clearly see the speck of backflesh through the buttonhole of another.

Remove the plank of lust from your own eye and you will be able to clearly see the speck of backflesh through the buttonhole of another.

Gaposis = distance between buttons on an overly tight garment especially at the bustline that allows flesh to be displayed.

I make my own blouses allowing sufficient ease (adding about 6 to 8 inches to my bust measurement) so that the gap between the buttons does not expose my flesh beneath. If a button is placed at the peak of the bustline, and the other buttons are adjusted accordingly about every two inches, then there will be no gaposis.

See this definition: http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/gaposis

Problem with the gaposis theory; he was speaking about backflesh.

It is great that you make your own shirts. I have the skills, but I don't have the ability. Sewing anything in our household is almost impossible. Our house is too small to have a dedicated sewing area. So I have to set-up and tear down my entire machine set-up to sew. Then I have to hope/pray that someone doesn't destroy something while I am; taking out the dog, changing a diaper, making meals, wiping noses, nursing babies, making bottles......which happens about every 5 minutes here. So no, I don't have the luxury of sewing my own clothing. Many women don't have the skill, which is sad but we can't paint them as harlots.

Shirts with buttons are my enemy. I either have gaposis or I am swimming in whatever shirt I am wearing.

That is a gaposis issue too, if the flesh shows between the button hole in the back.

Otherwise, it is a low neckline. I try to avoid low necklines in the front and back to avoid getting stung by those tiny Green Bees (commonly called sweat bees). I have been stung by them at least four times (and each time, I get  stung many times as they swarm around me.

That is why I started making my own blouses, plus I save a lot of money. I can buy the material as low as $2.00/yard on clearance and I only need about 2.5 yards for a fitted long sleeved blouse or 3.0 yards for a long raglan sleeved blouse. Even when the yardage costs $5.00, I am only spending at most $15.00 for the yardage, plus $1.00 to $4.00 for the buttons. That beats buying one from the stores.

I use our Master Bedroom for the sewing room. Everything is stored on my sewing table, so I must put it on the bed while I sew. If my hubs wants a nap, then I must put everything away. Yet, it is a pain. Oh, I have discovered that I can put a garment in the process of being sewn on a hanger (pinning it if necessary), and then hang it over the closet door. I also place the ironing table on top of the bed. In that way, things do not touch the floor or get stepped on. I am also ironing at a raised level so that my back doesn't complain. Win-WIn.

The memory of God should be treasured in our hearts like the precious pearl mentioned in the Holy Gospel. Our life's goal should be to nurture and contemplate God always within, and never let it depart, for this steadfastness will drive demons away from us. - Paraphrased from St. Philotheus of Sinai

A married man that has burning desire for a woman's back flesh during church services needs help.

Hey, I guess he has normal testosterone levels. I heard that statin drugs can reduce that level to that of a hermit.

I guess a long scarf that drapes over the backside would cover that area nicely.

And if a lady's button offend you, cut it off. For it is better for her to lose the button, than to tempt you with lust and lose her soul.

You must have a massive bedroom. My husband just wants to not have to walk sideways around the bed. If/when I sew it has to be on the kitchen table; but only if I have back-up.

It's not the button, it's the FLESH peeking through it. At least the Amish use hooks and eyes and bypass this problem.

Hey, ladies.  Like what you see?  I have, like, nine more of these, mmmmmm, buttonholes in my shirt.  And I have dozens of shirts, polos, and jackets.  Even pants that have emergency buttons, in case the original pops off.  If you know what I mean.*
