Not feeling so great. Did not sleep so well the other couple nights either. I thought my digestive system was starting to do better. I was wrong.

Lord, have mercy on your servant.

(Sidenote:  have you tried peppermint oil or tea?  my wife has digestive issues and drinks that frequently the help deal with stomach issues)
Will we all have to prove our Orthodoxy by adopting St Nicholas avatars now?

May The Lord grant you health of body, soul and mind Anastasia.amen,Lord have mercy.
To God be the Glory in all things! Amen!

Only pray for me, that God would give me both inward and outward strength, that I may not only speak, but truly will; and that I may not merely be called a Christian, but really be found to be one. St.Ignatius of Antioch.Epistle to the Romans.

Lord, have mercy.

Sorry to hear your sick.

Lord have mercy.

Try the good old fashioned peppermint tea and chicken soup.

My continual prayers that you may recover.

I have to rest well this Sunday. I am not good at this. I am sometimes taking prescription cough medicine and am on an antibiotic. I need to go to work on Monday.

I still have a little bit of a cough and stuffy-mucus filled nose. Sometimes I feel my upper molars slightly when I walk. I'm hoping that goes away before I have a sinus infection.

Dad and possibly sibling are sick with this.
