Saint Polycarp, my patron

« on: October 31, 2013, 09:01:05 PM »

For all of the sick and impoverished throughout the world, Lord have mercy.
For my good friend Athena who supports me through my conversion.
For myself, a miserable, hypocritical, lustful and foolish neophyte.

Christ, our God, save us.
Holy Theotokos, intercede.
St. Mark of Ephesus pray for us.

Lord, have mercy upon us all.

All-Holy Trinity have mercy.

All-Holy Ever-Virgin Mother of God through your intercessions we pray, have mercy.

Holy God, Holy Mighty, Holy Immortal have mercy on us.

Some of my questions might appear patently stupid to those well-versed in Orthodoxy, but I'm brand new, having no background in the faith.  Please grant me a great deal of patience and consideration as I learn the basics.
