I came across this website that has language courses that were developed by the US Government. Supposedly they are in the public domain. I think I'll try to learn more Serbo-Croatian from this site (It's free!!!!) but there's many languages to choose from.

Yeah, it's free. I used that site before. It was kind of boring, so I mixed it with these:

Wikipedia is also helpful to read articles. Youtube can be used for audio to learn accents and speaking frequency.

Of course, when you learn enough you can read the Bible in the target language. I have an Arabic and Spanish version downloaded on my Android phone.
