Cold soup

So it's nearing the end of summer for the Northern hemisphere, but some places still have hotter weather.  Some places, in their traditional cuisine, have cold soup.  Looking through my shelves of cookbooks (my food porn), I found that I was only familiar with gazpacho (both the red tomato-based one and the white almond-and-bread-based one).  Anyone have recipes for any type of cold soup (savory or sweet, doesn't matter)?

I need something to eat with my Protestant communio...I mean, saltine crackers. :)

I'm serious.

Been there, done that.  Did you eat it straight out of the can or diluted with cold water?

Straight out of the can.

I'm more of a Tomato Soup w/ Milk kinda guy though.

Then break Ritz crackers up and mix it in the soup.

Grilled Cheese and Tomato Soup.

Gebre Menfes Kidus:
Gazpacho is the only soup that should ever be eaten cold.
