St Mary of Egypt, pray unto God for us!

« on: February 12, 2005, 02:23:20 PM »

Please keep a friend of mine in your prayers, she has asked that I not give out her name, but she wanted me to pray for her and ask others to pray for her as well. She's going through a divorce right now and she is feeling very confused about a lot of different things. All I can say right now is that she is an Orthodox Christian. Thankyou for your prayers.

In Christ,

"Whoever climbs to the top in life, achieving earthly goals, whether he likes it or not, will bring upon himself both blessings and curses"
--to St Nektarios and his siblings said by his father in his childhood.

Lord, have mercy.

Prayers for direction in a difficult situation.

An old timer is a man who's had a lot of interesting experiences -- some of them true.

Grant me the senility to forget the people I never liked anyway, the good fortune to run into the ones I do, and the eyesight to tell the difference.
