I know it's common to read The Ladder (by St. John) during Holy Lent. Does anyone have some kind of guide or advice as to how you can read the entire book during the 40 day period?

You could spend all of great lent at a monastery and they read it during trapeza.... seems impractical but I'm doing it anyway.
